Andrew Tucker – CEO

Andrew Tucker is an experienced entrepreneur with over 20 years in the Information Technology sector. His career is marked by founding, managing, and selling successful IT businesses, with his ventures employing between 80 to 2000 staff and achieving turnovers of $10 million to $400 million. He currently holds board memberships in two companies and has stakes in several others.

Educated at the University of Witwatersrand and the Wits Business School, Andrew credits much of his business insight to practical, real-world experiences. He's a former member of the Entrepreneur Organization (EO), where he served as President and Mentor Chair, and has volunteered for the Acceler8 foundation to support RedKite.

Outside of work, Andrew is an avid cyclist and has coached Reps football teams. His personal life revolves around spending quality time with his family. Andrew's approach combines solid business leadership with a commitment to community and personal interests.

Steven Zsigoszki – CCO

Steven has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology.

He has held various IT positions such as Application Developer, Systems Engineer, IT Consultant for large enterprises, and as a founder of two successful medium-sized MSPs. In both of these MSPs, he has taken optimization to the highest level by automating every single aspect of the business possible and standardizing processes resulting in highly profitable businesses.

He is keen to bring his experience of managing the operational side of the MSPs to EcpPro to bring a tool to the market to allow other MSPs and large enterprises to streamline their operation.

Ryan Macnamee - CTO

Ryan is an experienced business technology executive with over 25 years of IT management, software development and cyber security experience.

Ryan is cofounder at EcpPro, a Microsoft Azure cloud focused solution provider helping large corporations and MSPs (Managed Service Providers) manage complex cloud environments. He is currently on the board of Kelly Partners Group and thinkproject Australia & New Zealand. Ryan has served in numerous senior IT management roles, including Group Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Laing O’Rourke (2012-2022), Ryan has also held various senior IT positions at financial, insurance, construction, and retail operations globally.
